→ Wraps & Garnishes

11 - 4 large flour tortillas
12 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
13 - Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
14 - Lime wedges, to serve

# How-To Steps:

01 - Toss chicken strips with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
02 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.
03 - Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable and easy to roll.
04 - Lay out each tortilla and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise down the center if desired. Place a quarter of the cooked chicken on each tortilla.
05 - Top chicken with lettuce, carrot, bell pepper, spring onions, and cucumber. Distribute evenly across all wraps.
06 - Add fresh cilantro leaves and squeeze lime juice over the filling if desired.
07 - Roll up wraps tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The sweet chili sauce creates this incredible sticky glaze that clings to every bite of chicken
  • Everything comes together in under 30 minutes but tastes like you put way more thought into it
  • You can customize the vegetables based on what is languishing in your crisper drawer
02 -
  • Crowding the pan will steam the chicken instead of searing it, so cook in batches if necessary
  • These wraps are best eaten immediately, but if you must pack them, wrap each one tightly in foil to prevent sogginess
03 -
  • Prep all your vegetables before you start cooking the chicken, since it comes together fast
  • If your tortillas are stiff, sprinkle them with a few drops of water before warming
