01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Spread seasoned sprouts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Scatter chopped turkey bacon evenly over the top.
04 - Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until Brussels sprouts are golden and crispy on edges and turkey bacon is fully cooked.
05 - Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
