Roasted Almonds (Printable)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 1/2 cups raw whole almonds

→ Spices & Seasonings

02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
04 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika or ground cayenne

# How-To Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine almonds with olive oil, sea salt, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Spread seasoned almonds in a single layer across prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.
05 - Remove from oven and cool completely. Almonds will crisp as they cool. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
