01 - Rinse all fruit thoroughly. Hull and chop strawberries. If using fresh coconut meat, cut into small pieces.
02 - Fill one-third of each ice cube compartment with blueberries. Pour in blueberry juice to barely cover the fruit. Place the tray in the freezer for approximately 1 hour or until solid.
03 - After the blue layer is firm, distribute coconut meat or a sprinkle of shredded coconut evenly on top. Fill to the next third with coconut water. Freeze for another 1 hour until set.
04 - Add chopped strawberries as the final layer, filling the compartment. Pour strawberry or cranberry juice to fill the tray to the top. Freeze until completely solid, about 2 more hours.
05 - Remove ice cubes from the tray and add to lemonade, sparkling water, or cocktails for a festive presentation.
