# How-To Steps:

- In separate bowls, prepare each filling: blend cream cheese with dill, salt, and pepper until smooth; mash hard-boiled eggs and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, salt, and pepper; combine softened butter with parsley and lemon juice, then season with black pepper.
- Lay out all bread slices on a clean surface. Press a large heart-shaped cookie cutter firmly into each slice to cut out as many heart shapes as possible from both white and wheat bread.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto half of the white bread hearts. Layer thin cucumber slices on top, then cover with remaining white bread hearts to complete the sandwiches.
- Spread egg salad mixture onto half of the whole wheat bread hearts. Top with remaining wheat hearts, pressing gently to adhere the layers.
- Spread herbed butter onto half of the remaining bread hearts. Arrange smoked salmon slices over the butter, then sandwich with remaining bread hearts.
- Arrange all finished heart-shaped sandwiches on a large serving board or platter, alternating the three varieties for visual appeal and color contrast.
- Scatter radish slices, microgreens, and edible flowers around the sandwiches. Add lemon wedges to the board. Serve immediately or cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
