01 - Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream, half of the bacon, spring onions, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
03 - Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
04 - Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is tender throughout.
05 - Sprinkle remaining bacon and fresh herbs over the top just before serving. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
